You feel like you can take on the world, and maybe even a world in some other universe! You're at the top of your game mentally. You are the nicest version of yourself. You're calm. You feel awesome. So, what's stopping us from starting our days right then; it probably has to do with that long list. Ya know the one that you could probably be working through instead of reading this, so much to do so little time. I'm not saying drop everything and eat grass and fruit from a tree, but show some love for yourself. And, at least designate one day a week where there are no excuses, Fresh Friday. And, hopefully week by week it'll become more than one day. Maybe a Wholesome Wednesday or a Meatless Monday is in your future? ; )

1 Cup Chopped Fresh Pineapple
1 cup Frozen Strawberries
1 TBSP Raw Chia Seeds
1 cup Water
*Optional a squeeze of Fresh Orange Juice.
Blend it up and there ya go!
