Raw Homemade Almond milk (small recipe)
2 cups Filtered Water
optional ingredients (add all, some or none)
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Agave Nector
1/2 tsp Vanilla Bean
Soak the Almonds in the Filtered Water in a sealed container at least over night (up to 48 hours) just on your counter top. You can add the Cinnamon to the soaking mixture if you chose to use that ingredient. Then pour the Filtered Water and Almonds into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Add other optional ingredients (Agave Nector, Vanilla Extract) and pulse. Pour the mixture through a milk bag or cheese cloth into an airtight jar or container. Enjoy the best tasting almond milk ever! Store in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
I like the small batch because it allows you to use up all your deliciousness before it is spoiled if you are not drinking cups and cups full everyday. Feel free to adjust the water amount to less if you want a creamier milk.

Add other optional ingredients (Agave Nector, Vanilla Extract) and pulse. Pour the mixture through a milk bag or cheese cloth into an airtight jar or container. Enjoy the best tasting cashew milk ever! Store in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
Again, feel free to adjust the water amount to less if you want a creamier milk. *For an even creamier version I don't strain the cashew puree out. Best after dinner treat ever!
Do your age in regular push-ups. Take that number and divide by 3 for amount per set. (Do every other or every two days adding one more push-up each time.)
Do your age in seconds for side-planks. (Half your age 50+ yrs. old. Adding a second each time.)
*If the regular push-ups are too challenging for you right now, just do as many regular as you can and then do a your age in a basic plank. But keep at the push-ups!
